现在那个网站的资料解释说是动词,我也问了其他老师还有查了一些语法书,但是目前还没有一个结论,所以我会努力再查查资料,希望可以快点确认这里的“在”是动词还是介词。^_^

“车停在外面”的“在”为介词。
在这个句子中,“停在外面”整个作为谓语,“在外面”做谓语动词“停”的补语,“在”+合成方位词(如外面),表示处所义~
This sentence is widely used in testing typewriters and computer keyboards.
It is "the well known memorized typing line embracing all the letters of the alphabet"(English-language pangram).
We can see its usage in typograpy, computing and popular culture.
It is the first time I see this sentence. Useful information.
