Yes. Marc Emery was a Vancouver business man, politician, and cannabis activist. He is well known in Vancouver and there is a lot of debate about whether he should have gone to jail or not. He was the most wanted 'drug dealer' in the USA, but has only been sentenced to 5 years. Good job - 50JHD.

420, 4:20 or 4/20 (pronounced four-twenty) refers to consumption of cannabis and, by extension, a way to identify oneself with cannabis subculture. The date April 20 is sometimes referred to as "Weed Day" or "Pot Day".
