How does corporate training work? 企业培训是怎样操作的呢？ 

Call Jaihua and we will set up a meeting with your H.R. manager, one of our Customer Service Representatives, and one of our foreign Corporate Trainers.

At this meeting we will first have your H.R. manager (or whoever you choose to be our contact for corporate training) tell us a bit about your company and the work you do. They then can explain to us why they are interested in English training, and what areas they interested in focusing on. 致电加华，约个时间，我们将派一个客服代表和一个外籍企培讲师和贵公司人力主管面谈。在面谈时，我们听取贵公司人力主管（或者任何你们委派联系此企培的人）有关贵公司业务，参加培训人员希望课程着重方面，及为什么他们对提升英文感兴趣的阐述。

Once a tentative agreement is made, one of our foreign trainers will go to your office and give your staff a free level test. The teacher will need to evaluate your staff before beginning classes so we know what language levels to expect.
