5. Do you that "男子汉顶天立地"? Here you have "顶'; “快要生的孕妇是挺着肚子走路的”, Here you have "挺". It is the same meaning in my Chinese sentence.

I like this translation. Can you try to translate it into English again?

I do not think it is the best translation, but can not find a better one.
5.男女永远不可能平等,除非有一天她们敢顶着秃头,挺着啤酒肚走在大马路上,还觉得自己倍性感。
I have to say that this one is very humorous.

5. 女生能把啤酒肚和光头在路上左路时比男生好

These are probably gramatically wrong but I like language challenges. I would need to consult dictionaries to attempt the others but I am handycapable at the moment.
